Squadron Meetings
This squadron meets at the following times and
locations:
- Every Wednesday from 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM at the
Illinois Air National Guard Base (IL ANG) in Springfield.
- Every second Saturday for Emergency Services
training and/or testing, exact time and location to be determined as
appropriate.
- The Saturday immediately following the 3rd
Wednesday from 0900 - 1200 for
Mission Aircrew training at the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT),
Division of Aeronautics.

Generally, the schedule of the meetings for adult officers will be:
1830 - 1845 (15 min): Greet members & guests, open rooms, etc.
1845 - 1915 (30 min): Staff meeting. BRIEF, just the facts status
updates, no tangents, no whining. If we need to plan something, we'll have a
separately scheduled planning meeting.
1915 - 2015 (60 min): Main focus topic.
2015 - 2045 (30 min): Commander's office hours.
2045 - 2100 (15 min): Closing formation, promotions, awards, announcements.
All hands! NOTE: Unless waived, this WILL NOT commence without the commander
present.
2100 - 2115 (15 min): Check doors locked, lights off, filing cabinets
locked, all personnel gone.
